FANDENIVOLDSK is a co-expression of the energetic, ballsy fuel known as the Danish word fandenivoldskhed. Issue #2 dives into the theme of DUALITY — a patchwork of strong voices, each tearing into the topic in their own raw way.

Together with our community of contributors, we invite you to push limits, flip perspectives, spark chaos, break norms, and stir turbulence. Be the radically disturbing element in the crowd. We’re here to stand out. An underground magazine made for/by change-makers and radicals.

MALK DE KOIJN concerts at Poolen 2025

Honored to have been a part of the Malk De Koijn  tour 2025, at Poolen CPH. A group of true legends, and was an absolute inspiring to work with and listening to their thoughts and ideas.

visuals became to life with sculpting in Nomad Sculpt, animated in C4D and rendered with toon shading. 

Carrier af SVIN feat. Århus Sinfonietta

When love carries us through life's darkest passages, who really carries whom? The work Carrieris a sensual and boundary-pushing concert experience created by the experimental rock band SVIN and the classical ensemble Aarhus Sinfonietta. The work is performed as part of the Golden Days Festival, where this year's theme is "Love". In this hour-long rite of passage, the raw power of drone rock and the emotional depth of orchestral music meet in an intense collaboration.

The audience is invited on a symbolic journey from the surface, down into the dark depths of the mind and back towards the light. With an evocative visual staging by Maya SB, the music becomes a living space where the many forms of love emerge: the claustrophobic and the grand, the vulnerable and the transformative.

Carrier is about what we can't always put into words, about those transitional periods in life where love becomes both a burden and a power.

With improvisation as its focal point and a visual universe that reflects the movements of the music, SVIN and Aarhus Sinfonietta create a work where the boundaries between genres, emotions and form dissolve. A concert that is not only to be heard, but felt in the body, in the heart and in the darkness behind the eyes.

The work is supported by the Danish Arts Foundation, Koda Kultur and the Jazz Fund.

DANISH DESIGN AWARD 2024, an award-show with a virtual animated host.

The virtual host ODIE has strong values within danish design and is eager to tell about them when they are hosting the event at BLOX CPH, november 19, at the show Danish Design Award 2024.

ODIE is modeled in nomad sculpt and by using the Rokoko suit, it became possible to give natural poses and movement to the character.

TILSTAND En stumfilm, instrueret og animeret af Maya SB, 2023

The art project TILSTAND is an animated silent film created by Maya SB in collaboration with young people from Fountain House, which is a living and activity place for mentally vulnerable, mentally ill and mentally ill young people.

Maya SB has asked the young people what their perfect world would look like. The young people have contributed their own stories and ideas for a more caring society that contains beings who are able to step in and help, in situations that are difficult or challenging. Based on workshops with the young people, Maya SB has animated and directed their utopias.

The silent film took place in this utopian society, where the characters arise and form the story in the caring society.

"INGENTING" @ Oslo Opera House and Ballet - Video Designer, 2023

Revival of the Opera "Intet" from Copenhagen. Translated to norwegian and revived with a norwegian cast. Together with the very stong team Dina Fie Lorentzen , Ludivine Petit, Anne Mette Fisker Lankjer and Robbie Butler Milroy.

Nothing is about climate anxiety, gender identity and the digital (un)reality in which we live. It is a raw story that takes the world and existential questions of teenagers seriously – without providing any easy answers.

Nothing is based on Janne Teller’s award-winning book for young readers, which has been translated into 27 languages. The opera version from 2016, featuring music by David Bruce, has been hugely successful in Great Britain and Denmark.

Maya SB & M.Rexen colab, 2022

This collaboration between songwriter/composer M. Rexen and visual artist Maya SB features music arranged by Sasha Agranov and Henri Gibbs. The show is a tale of colorful rebellion, an ode to the smallest things in nature. M. Rexen's voice has an amazing range spanning many octaves and his songwriting is powerful poetry dealing with themes of love and loss that are both melancholic and uplifting. Paired with cellist Sasha Agranov's impossible softness and enormous aptitude, and Henri Gibbs' celestial choir vocals, the show is simply a breathtaking experience when combined with Maya SB's wild and colorful world.

The visual aspect of the show is a journey into a small garden world where magical creatures live. Become tiny and look up at flowers and grass as you observe the wild but peaceful creatures that live there, all imbued with SB's particular artistic touch that is simultaneously warm and inviting, yet also incorporates a sense of punkish rebellion through the use of glitchy analog or digital errors.

The show also includes M. Rexen's 16-string rotating harp, The Ootwo, an invention of his own.

The creature in the video was generated by fractals, listening to the individual soundtracks of the music. The different parameters of the fractal is reacting to the elements og 67, and becomes a harmonious and smooth visual representation of the music.
